Learn how to cite correctly and evaluate your sources
The Citation Compass is a website full of useful advice for students writing assignments and theses. It covers referencing styles, source evaluation and how to avoid plagiarism.
The website is developed by the libraries at UiA, USN and UiS, and is run by an editorial team.
You will find information on the APA 7th reference style based on the Norwegian APA Manual. We have also developed our own version of APA 6th for footnotes. Information on the IEEE reference style is based on the citation manuals from IEEE.
