Note: If you do not have an URL, replace this with place published: publisher. If the online version refers to a print edition, include the edition number after the title.

Fill in the fields Author, Year, Title, Editor, Book Title, Place Published and Publisher.

Note: If you are using an online encyclopedia add the URL manually once you have converted the document into “plain text”
