If you want to highlight the title of a book, article, journal, or similar, you can mention it in your text.

Write the title in intalics if the source is a book, report, website, or journal.

Example article, book chapter:
If the source is part of a larger whole, such as an article or a book chapter, then the title should be in quotation marks.

What is meant by the phrase “part of a larger whole”? A book, a journal, or a website are examples of a whole, whereas a chapter, a journal article, or a webpage are parts of a larger whole.
